Acrostic Analyzation

Someone please stop this crazy daily grind
Complex even for those who know the trade
How much can one soul cope within a mind?
Inverted thoughts, they work such great degrade
Zealot to point of reckless destruction
Over the top, the sky is sure to fall
Paranoia, laced with ripest poison
Happy to sad, to giants ten feet tall
Relax, a word better said than it’s done
End’s sight would be more than someone could ask
No break or stop once madness has begun
Insanity to those behind the mask
And in the end, who can we say has won?

  1. Very emotional and touching. I love how you organized the first letters to write one.potent.word ... is everything ok?

  2. Yes, now that my outlook and focus has changed, I'm able to breathe (shallow, but steady). I do believe this is the root of all of my evils...what an ugly word.

The vision came to me while I drove home from class today, and I had to write about it.

  3. Don't you love poetic visions? When you HAVE to write something down because it just fills your mind ceaselessly until you do? How lucky!

I hope you are ok. I've been meaning to e-mail you, but homework and play rehearsals got in the way. I'll get around to it soon!
